A trainer you all should check out http://absolute-body-solutions.webs.com/ (especially those of you in the Sacramento area).
Well I still haven't decided whether to use a Bodymedia Fit or a BodyBugg. BodyBuggs are cheap right now ($25 off the normal price) through 24 Hour Fitness's website... decisions, decisions. For the rest of this week, I'm in the diet adjustment period. Switching from eating what I want to eating what I should is not easy going. I make small changes, one day at a time, but suggest everyone figure out what works best for them.

The Beginning
Well now it's time for introductions, I suppose. My name is Ashley. I'm 23 years old and live in Sacramento, California, and today is the first day of the rest of my life. I have decided to get in shape. I've been a loyal member of 24 Hour Fitness since June of 2006 (even worked there for a while), but lately have been lacking in motivation. My solution? Blogging. :) I'm hoping that posting my journey will hold me accountable, keep me motivated, and help me make new friends. :)
My dilema of the day is deciding whether I'd rather own a BodyMedia Fit or a BodyBugg. Both are essentially the same thing, though I hear BodyMedia Fit includes a sleep monitoring system, where BodyBugg does not. 24 Hour Fitness has lowered the prices on BodyBugg v.3 in preparation for BodyBuggSP. I'll be doing my research and posting the pros and cons on here later... or tomorrow. I owned a BodyBugg v.2 (or 1 not sure) and was generally pleased with the device... but it died after about a year of daily use. Decisions, decisions. I'd love advice from actual users of both devices if anyone's willing to share what they know! :) Thank you for reading and commenting!
